Family size limited to 4 persons.
Anyone among the listed 4 can avail the consultations.
Valid for one year from date of issue.
If the loyalty card is lost, please contact Intermed immediately.
Management reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw the terms and conditions of the loyalty card.
Intermed will not share your personal information with anyone for any reason.

500 Rs. Loyalty Plan

As an Intermed 500 Rs. Loyalty Club Member, you are entitled to the following benefits and privileges:

2 visits to Family Physicians or 1 visit to specialist (Internal Medicine, Gynaecologist, Paediatrician and Orthopaedics) FREE.
Free home delivery of medicines (Rs. 300 and above) to Intermed's prescribed patients within 3 Km.
5% off on all consultations.
5% off on all investigations (diagnostics)
10% off on all wellness services.
2 tests (haemoglobin, blood sugar, S cholesterol, S creatinine) FREE.
