Byron Dawson Manager – Wellness Division
Intermed’s Wellness project coordinator in the US is Byron Dawson, who has been working for Intermed since January 2010. He has been entrusted with channelizing the information flowing from the Wellness experts . .

He is also assisting Intermed in developing its state of the art Medical Wellness initiative as well as educating himself and creating a pool of knowledge and resources to enhance Intermed’s wellness program. He is certified from the Cooper Institute of Wellness and currently undergoing skill enhancement with a well-recognized and respected wellness coaching program on behalf of Intermed. Byron received his BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Dallas.

Sunjay Chandiramani VP – Strategic Development
Sunjay Chandiramani will assist Intermed’s management team as Policy Development & Implementation Manager, overseeing the successful deployment, development and growth of the business model.

Sunjay has been on board with Intermed since October 2009 and has assisted in developing the Intermed model to be implemented. Sunjay has previously worked at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy as a researcher and coordinator, organizing the Centre’s public events platforms. He has considerable experience in South Asian development, having received his MA in International Studies from the Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva. He wrote his MA thesis on colonial Indian development and has spent much time in India, including an internship experience at the Economic and Political Weekly, an internationally-reputed periodical based in Mumbai.

Ramesh Rout Manager – I.T. Division
Ramesh Rout has a passion and a track record for Master Engineer in Server Administration, PC Installation, Troubleshooting and Repair. He is an expert in Automated Rollouts including Standardization of OS/Software, Design and Implementation of Virus and Spyware Protection Strategies, Helpdesk and Technical Team Support Resource. .

From December 2003-March 2006, Ramesh worked as an EDP Manager in Orange Fashion Designs Pvt Ltd., sister concern of Giorgio Kauten (A Famous Clothing brand in Europe). From March 2006 to March 2012, Ramesh worked as IT Manager in Texcraft Trading Pvt Ltd.
Ramesh Rout is now the IT Manager in Intermed Healthcare Pvt Ltd. as of March 2012.
Rout earned his bachelor’s degree in Science from Utkal University and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from SCDL. Ramesh is also certified from Microsoft Corporation, USA in MCSE, MCDBA, MCP.

Ramesh Yadav
Ramesh Yadav is Intermed's Assistant IT manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Karnataka state open university. .

He has 8 years of experience in Information Technology Service Management in the healthcare industry as well as experience in IT Infrastructure management, Service delivery Management, and system administration. As a system administrator, Ramesh worked on implementation, modification, and coordination of the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software like hospital information systems (HIS) application. Ramesh is a certified professional from Microsoft Corporation. He has an advanced diploma in Software technology and an advanced diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking.

Deepika Mehta
Mrs. Deepika Mehta has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from the University of Delhi. .

She was involved with many projects and research programs with companies like Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research and Krishna Foundation. She had been with Sarthak for the past one year.

Kirpa Nath Jha
Kirpa Nath Jha is an accountant with Intermed. He has proficiency in financial budget & actual accounting and accounting analysis between accounting budget and actual accounting. Kirpa received his Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and his Master’s Degree in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University. .

He also has certifications in Computer Application & Accounting software (Tally 9.0 & ERP) from AISECT Nasik (Maharastra). Professionally, Kirpa has been with Intermed since April 2012. From April 2008 to March 2012 he was an Account Executive in Deena Paints Ltd. which boasts over 40 branches. From April’2007 to March’2008 Kirpa worked as an Account Executive in Wadhwa Dyes & Chemical.
