Rohit Kantor Chief Executive Officer
The visionary behind InterMed’s creation is Rohit Kantor, a career entrepreneur who has had success in starting his own businesses in India, Hong Kong and the United States. Rohit was born and brought up in Delhi but has spent the past 20+ years in America.

His international experience and network has helped him build an expert team that uses the best practices and expertise of the USA and blend them with the ground level experience of India. This is necessary for developing a health-care model for the Indian marketplace and offering an International Standard healthcare option to the upwardly mobile Indian middle class. As a result, his previous business and international experiences have been extraordinarily effective in putting together both InterMed’s operational structure and development teams.

Dr. Rohit Jaswal Chief Medical Officer
Intermed’s Chief of Medical Operations is Dr. Rohit Jaswal, MD, PGDHA, QM&AHO. He was Senior Consultant and Head of Anesthesia Services and ICU at Max Hospital, Gurgaon prior to his joining Intermed.

He has more than twenty five years of experience working in hospital environments in India and abroad, Dr. Jaswal brings first-hand knowledge of the best practices being used worldwide and the need to implement them in Indian marketplace. His vast knowledge on health related quality assurance initiatives will ensure good quality healthcare for the Indian marketplace. In addition, he also brings the benefit of his vast network of friends in the medical fraternity from both India and abroad.

Kamal Kantor Chief Financial Officer
InterMed’s CFO is Kamal Kantor, who has served in similar capacity at Texcraft Trading Pvt. Ltd., Delhi and China as well as Intertex Trading Asia Limited, Hong Kong. He has experience working in India, the UK and the United States. .

With practical experience of running financial operations for companies with a wide global footprint, Kamal brings an excellent eye for financial caution and restraint as well as experience negotiating the complex web of Indian regulatory framework.
